An amusing ramble ❤

The firefly flits on the humid breezes,
a stow-a-way on the words of
Lover’s Cowardice;
verse released into the wind,
Undelivered to the rightful recipient
This is an attempt at poetry. I was inspired to write it as I thought of the first time I told Matt I Love You. You see, I’m not sure it it counted or not: it was a wind evening as we embraced to say goodbye and I said the words, but barley about a whisper… I could almost see them leaving my mouth and being carried away. ❤
I want to thank A. Alexander (Alex), Carolyn Hastings, Raine Lore, Margie Willis, Carmellita, Michelle Renee Kidwell, Hayden Moore, Timpoa, Jan Sebastian, Kelsea Daulton, Lo Everlasting, Marilyn Glover, 🌬Mitch, Reece Reid, Ali, Teresa Wymore and VerityAlways. Either you’ve written poetry that’s beautiful and inspiring, or you’ve encouraged me to keep trying (poetry is truly my Achilles' heel!).
THANK YOU so very much for stopping by to read! I’m humbled and honored by the gift of your time! Remember to take care of yourself: You are LOVED, You are IMPORTANT and you MATTER!!! ❤❤❤
I love you and there’s nothing you can do about it! Love ~ Dani ❤
