Am I happy? (Why or why not)

Am I living where I want to live? (City, Home, State, Country, Neighborhood, etc.)

Am I happy with my career and what I do for money every day? (If not why and what do I need to do to change it)

How much money do I have in savings, retirement, my checking account, and other accounts? (Am I happy with this number)

When was the last time I laughed really hard?

How many close friends do I have? (Do I have a best friend…If the answer is zero how can I change this)

How much do I weigh? (Am I happy with this number and am I healthy)

How many sources of income do I have? (If it’s 1 or none…how can I add more sources of income)

When was the last time I read a book? (How many books in the past year)

How many steps did I take today?

When is the last time I indulged in my hobbies? (Do I have any hobbies or need to try some new hobbies)

How often do I exercise?

When was the last time I traveled somewhere new?

What is something I know I have to stop or quit?

What is something I know I need to start or finish that I started?
