Movies are therapeutic. They are used as a form of therapy for people around the world. They induce stress relief and are used as a tool for healing and growth. They serve as a guide to understanding ourselves, and the world we live in.

At times, they hint clues to deeper meanings and insights we never knew existed. They change our perspectives and change our actions too. The benefits occur while you are consciously watching. Watching movies encourages emotional release. Scientists have said that people who have trouble expressing their emotions may turn to watching movies as a means to express their feelings and emotions. We all long to express the energies we feel inside.
