Questions I Have For Men…
Let’s learn from each other.

You know what they say.
“Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus.”
Or, as I like to put it…
Although we’re of equal value, and of equal importance, men and women just aren’t the same. There’s little point in denying that.
(I am talking about on the inside, people! Get your mind out of the gutter!)
But in saying this…are we really as different as we think?
I am not so sure.
Here are ten completely random questions that I want to ask my male readers, in an attempt to seek common ground.
1. Do you ever have days where you just want to scream into a pillow?
Whether it’s caused by anger, or by feeling overwhelmed, sometimes the urge is there.
2. What’s your opinion on babies — cute? Not cute?
You can be honest…I am not here to judge…
3. What do you look for in a romantic partner?
For example, is a sense of humour attractive to you, too?

4. Are there days where you, too, curse society and the way that it functions?
If so, solidarity.
5. Hugh Jackman — hot or not?
There is only one correct answer.
6. Would you be more likely to enter “female-dominated” professions if there wasn’t such a weird stigma surrounding it?
On that note…why weren’t there any men in my dental hygiene classes? What is it about that job that seems feminine — it’s dirty work!
7. Does the media portrayal of the “ideal body” make you self-conscious?
Is it as ridiculous to you as it is to me? For both sexes?
8. Are 300 things always running through your mind at the same time?
And do you struggle to slow it down?

9. Do you ever just want to take a nice hot bath to relax?
Sometimes, life is just too much. Self care is important.
And last, but certainly not least…
10. Men…how are you today?
No one is obligated to answer my questions, of course.
But if you are interested, I welcome you to create your own post with your own responses. Tag me in it, and feel free to submit it to the publication as well!
Let’s see if we have more in common than we think!
This post was written specifically for the Publication, “What The F#*k Did You Say” — a place aimed at helping bridge the gender divide. Why not join us there?
