PURSIL
A purple night with a silver lining.

Sun Disappears Clouds Appear Silver Lining Stars Shining Wind Blows Shadows Grow Bare Trees Fallen Leaves Twisted Bark Skies Dark Beyond Hill Motion Still Purple Sand Beautiful Land Evening Standstill Night Instill
I wrote PURSIL in 2012 when I saw a Short & Colorful Writing Prompt up on fan story which said “Write a poem that incorporates at least two colors. The idea is to use colors to infer meaning. The poem may rhyme or not.”
As I sat wondering what to write, I found this picture in my phone gallery, and there in a jiffy, the result is above.
