Protect Your Energy

Inner Peace is Achievable

Monday: Don’t let people pull you into their storm, pull them into your peace.

This morning I woke up and something was off in my core and I did not understand where that energy derived from. I sat in the sun in silence for a few minutes so that I could gain some clarity on what has been happening around me. I have been extending myself more to my family members and I have noticed that it has been pulling my energy.

On Sunday morning I had a vivid dream that was very telling. It was about a tsunami that was happening all around me, but my house was untouched and protected.

Each day I wake up, the first thing that I do is to build a solid armor around my energy. I build my armor by meditating, practicing gratitude, I send out positive vibes into the Universe, and welcome all positivity my way.

One day last week, after sitting in nature something told me to check my aura. Checking my aura is not typical in my world, but I have always been intrigued ever since I read the book The Celestine Prophecy.

Curious to know the color of my aura, I researched how to view it using some quick and easy techniques. I followed the instructions, and I was able to see a field of yellow light in between the spaces. After further research, I discovered that having a yellow aura means the person is optimistic, friendly, curious, creative, and patient.

I try to be as optimistic as much as possible, but sometimes it is not received well because there are some people who resist this energy. Most of those people are in spaces that are not very healthy, the ugliness of humanity can really become an unforgiving burden.

Each day I write it is with the purpose of inspiring and motivating others. My goal is to spread love and peace to all those that I am able to reach. I am in a space where the storms that are brewing all around me are not directly impacting my life. My house is protected with an armor of positivity, filled with love and peace.

Currently, my state of being is calm and peaceful and I would like to pull everyone out of their storms and into this space of peace and love. After all, being in a state of peace and love is our natural state as human beings. It is innate to us, the source of our existence, and we should all be able to achieve this state of being.

Protect your energy at all cost by meditating, practicing gratitude and mindfulness, and by vibrating with positivity. Your storm shall soon pass.

This was written in response to 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘊.’s Monday Prompt:

Thank you all for reading. And thank you 𝘋𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘊. for creating the space so that we all can revisit stages in our lives, tell our stories, grow, and heal. KTHT has been a rollercoaster, one that I don’t mind riding.
