PromptDervish Cookbook #8 — Physics
Welcome back to the eighth installment of my PromptDervish Cookbook series, where today we’re diving into the captivating realm of physics to conjure up some visually stunning creations. After our last foray into mathematical terms, it got me pondering: what other scientific concepts could serve as intriguing prompts? You’ll be surprised how even the most straightforward terms can open doors to a world of creativity.
If you haven’t already, I recommend checking out my article “Midjourney Nonsense and the Creative Process,” where I discuss strategies for evolving initial ideas into even more compelling visual narratives. For today’s piece, I’ll start off with simple physics terms to lay the groundwork. If you’re looking to veer into unexpected territories, consider activating the “Remix” feature in your Midjourney settings. Simply navigate to /settings to find this option. Once enabled, using the V1-V4 buttons under your upscaled images will bring up a window that lets you tweak your prompt while retaining elements of the original image.
Beyond that, there are other creative avenues to explore, such as blending images. You can use the /blend command to merge visuals without needing additional prompts or use it as an image prompt alongside other terms to take your artistry in any direction your imagination can stretch.
So, are you ready to turn physics theories into visual masterpieces? Let’s get started!

Moving on from simple terms I teamed up with my favorite AI to whip up some more elaborate prompts for physics terms.
