Productivity App Craziness

Just choose one already!

A few months ago I was in a productivity app quandary.

And today, I find myself having made little progress.

I wrote an article about why I was switching from Obsidian to Capacities. And what am I in the process of doing today? Yep — switching back from Capacities to Obsidian.

That’s not to say these are the only two apps I’ve used in the meantime. Nope. I’ve used Tana, Scrintal, Craft, and RemNote, and swapped between all six. It’s been a nightmare.

Each of these apps is amazing. They can hugely transform how you work. But at the same time, they can hinder your productivity because they’re so fun to play with!

So, tomorrow I’ll be publishing an article which explains why I’ll be trying to stick with Obsidian.

Ridiculous.
