One Simple Way To Improve Your Productive Sleep
How many hours of sleep is recommended? it depends on you, whatever it is, use this trick!

Sleeping is an activity to recharge your energy, your mind, and your body. You need sleep to refresh your entire body.
You need enough sleep, not too long and not too short, or your brain won’t be functioning properly.
For me, productive sleep is around 6 up to 8 hours a day, even though sometimes I slept more than 8 hours a day.
However, 7 hours a day works best for me. You should try different amounts of sleep to know what is the best for you.
Maybe you already know some basic tips to get better sleep, like doing physical activity during the day, eating healthy food, etc.
However, you might never split your sleep, because you want to work as hard as you can during the day, even though a daytime nap is necessary.
You can reduce the number of hours of your nighttime sleep if you can use your 30 minutes daytime to take a nap.
If you can sleep less at night, you can learn to get up at 5 AM. Instead of working in the middle of the night, you can work in the early morning.
I think most people can do it because getting up in the early morning is normal, it’s not that hard.
For a person who works 9 to 5, you might have a one-hour lunch break, use your 30 minutes to take a nap, it will recharge your energy.
With this strategy, you will have a more productive time at night and do your activity much better during the day.
Split your sleep cycle, could be 6 or 7 hours at night, and 30 minutes during the day.
Don’t forget to limit your daytime nap up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day.
The first time sleeping less at night might be hard. However, once you get up, you won’t feel sleepy again.
Maybe this isn’t the best advice, but it works for me, maybe it works for you too, just give it a try.
