A poem about lasting relationship
Pretend
to remain in love

Do you love me? No.
Then why pretending? Wasting more time, Building up of expectations, Trying again and again.
Trying to convince ourselves- We will stick together (But might stuck here loveless for long).
We will convince ourselves- A little more time, a little more patience, A little more try, A little more love.
Our bucket of love is empty, Just the memories remain. It can be full again, Being stuck together in hatred, with hatred filled.
Then why pretending? Let’s move to separate ways- Where the good memories will remain, Without the hatred filled bucket, Without the pretense of long-lasting love.
