How many of us are in the present?
When I wore a younger man’s clothes while in a meeting or discussing something with someone, it would flash through my mind that I would rather be at home with my wife and kids.
Curiously, when I was home and experiencing the actions of six children, I was thinking about being at work.
When I entered my mid-forties, I began working on the notion that with focus, I could be just where I was and with whom I was. Curiously, more people wanted to meet with me. Family enjoyment went up measurably. Clients’ remarked, “DR, how do you focus so intently on what you’re doing or with whom your speaking?
