Prepare For the Moment
The moment will arrive as sure as the Sun will rise.
I ran up the court and was under the rim.
“Jump!” said Michael as he sailed the ball. All I had to do was tap the ball in for the win.
I could barely get myself off the ground.
I was awakened with the words “prepare for the moment” ringing in my awareness.
I have a little over eight years to prepare.
April 8th, 2029: My 75th birthday, that’s the moment.
I am standing atop Mount Everest — the fulfillment of my dream, a goal I set when I was 49.
Always have a BIG dream that can work as a beacon when you feel lost.
I am reminded of the three life lessons I shared from the World Domination Summit 2012 stage in Portland, Oregon.
Money is never an issue. Never. Ever. Period. End of story. (I have since rephrased it positively to say, Money is ALWAYS there when you need it.)
Do what you love and have fun.
