Lighten up

Until you got to know him, my high school Latin teacher seemed cold and unapproachable. But he was actually a sensitive introvert with a great sense of humor. One day he came into class and wrote this on the board:

Civile, Si. Ergo fortibusis in ero. Docentbusis, deus trux. Vodis enim? Causen dux.

Even the sharpest students in class couldn’t translate it. Finally, just before the bell rang, Mr. Agnelli put us out of our misery.
