Poems to celebrate life
The Magic Of Moment
We all have a day, So why do we all just wait, For the right time to come, To go out, To have fun, To know yourself, To live, To feel, To express, To be real. The "right time" is a big myth, It will never gonna come, It’s only you, who need to make your time right for you, To live, To love, To fun, To let go. By Knuth Waltenberg on unsplashGet up and make your day a moment, A moment that you will never forget, A moment to remember for the rest of life, A moment that will be your best memory, A moment to remember your loved ones, A moment of enjoyment and happiness, A moment to forget every pain, A moment to forget the past and to start a future, A moment to enjoy the present moment,
A moment to find yourself, A moment to be in love with your body, A moment to create hope, A moment to feel light and put everything aside, A moment to show humanity, A moment to lost in yourself, A moment to believe in yourself, A moment to let go of the regrets, A moment to lose fear, and find courage, A moment to live a life, Cause you don’t know that, After this moment you might not have another moment.
What Life Is?
Life is a solo journey filled with struggles and groans. Life is a new battle with ourselves every day. Life is a mixture of enjoyment and sorrow. Life is to stand up with courage and fight against fear. Life is to get up every day and face each day alone. Life is a pain, but still a constant source of hope. Life is to overcome the tragedies, And to survive the hardest times. Life is a reality, not a fantasy. Life is a certainty, not an illusion. Life is courage, still something to be afraid of. Life is to love and forgive, And to make great relationships. Don’t skip anything, When you have a chance to choose from many things. Chase to travel, And make yourself unravel. Cause life is a thing, which we all choose to live.
I Know You Are Worth It
Dear You, I know you are worth it, I know you felt like nothing, But I know you have something unique. I know you tried hard, But I know it’s hard to explain That every single time you tried You missed out on something. I know you have the utmost passion, But I know you lack confidence in yourself I know you are not good enough, But you are enough for who you are. However, somehow I know you are worth it. I know you felt a little awkward while calling yourself a writer, But remember, you are the person of words so don’t be afraid of people’s words Don’t hesitate to write, Don’t compromise and,
Make a promise that you are Never quit writing. I know you have crazy dreams, I know you love to live in your fantasy world Rather than people’s world. Please don’t think you aren’t worth it. Cause nothing is worth doing unless You don’t believe you are worth it.
Please Don’t Judge
Without knowing anything Please don’t judge. I tell you, what I love, What I want But don’t tell me what I should do. If I don’t interrupt your life, Then you don’t have any right to interfere in my life. Without knowing anything Please don’t judge. You are just able to see My outer face and expression, But you don’t know that my inner voice Want you to stop saying shit about me. I am happy in my fantasy world, Please don’t force me to become an extrovert to the world. Without knowing anything Please don’t judge. I have my dreams to live and fulfill,
Please don’t give me your extra advice. I am happy for whatever I have, But you made me sad when You talk about me without knowing anything about me. Without knowing anything Please don’t judge. If I am crying, Don’t tell me I am too weak or emotional If I talk less Don’t tell me I am depressed If I have a black skin tone, Don’t tell me that I look ugly I know you just said words, But you don’t know that The words you said were enough to affect me emotionally. So, this is my humble request to you that Without knowing anything Please don’t judge.
I Quit
I know it’s hard to quit, However, Today I quit not to pretend anymore. I quit not to be who I am not. I quit having expectations from others. I quit following others' opinions. I quit being an emotional fool. I quit to hold myself back. I quit all negative thoughts which are so powerful that give me pain. I quit my darkness of the past to feel the beauty of the future. I quit to prove myself to the people that don’t care for me. I quit following what society wants me to do. I quit all my self-doubts to boost my self-esteem. I quit to live for others and not for me. I quit being perfect. I quit impressing the people that don’t matter to me any longer. I quit my hesitation and frustration. I quit the fear of failures.
I quit being lazy anymore. I quit not being myself. I quit telling myself that I can’t do anything. I quit overthinking. I quit trying to fit in. I quit not saying my thoughts. I quit being an awkward person. I quit thinking I am ugly. I quit regretting and started to live. I quit trying to be people pleasers. I quit being weak and nervous. I quit to suppress myself. I quit cause I know I deserve much better.
Today, I remember the days when I started writing poetry here on this platform. I found some of my favorite collections of poems that I want to share with you. When I wrote these poems, there were not many people who read them. Therefore, I thought of sharing a collection post for my readers.
These poems always helped me to cope with difficult situations in life. The fourth one is the poem that I have written for the first time. While writing this line, I still remember that feeling when I wrote that poem. That poem has a special place in my heart.
Sometimes, I open old poems and read them aloud. It’s a great feeling believe me. That’s another way how I inspired myself to keep going on.
I would like to invite some of my great poet friends with whom I share a great bond, Dr. Preeti Singh Hamsalekha Ali Nandkishor Shingne Nicole Sponsel Neera Handa Dr. Marilyn Glover Dan J Libby Shively McAvoy Dr. Fatima Imam Orla Kenny Giulietta Passarelli Anastasia Soul Gypsy Shuntay Wright Amy Christie Jan Sebastian
