Pray to the Crowned Lady Shining Light in the Dark of Night
Pray to the crowned lady shining light in the dark of night, Lighting up the world so that we may remain free; Standing proud and strong in the never-ending fight.
If paranoid men believe that might is right And they have the liberty to inflict pain as they glee, Pray to the crowned lady shining light in the dark of night.
In bloody war, we witness men and women and children’s plight — And even if people may die they never flee; Standing proud and strong in the never-ending fight.
Evil men and cruel dictators are nothing but blight, People will never learn from history it seems, so we Pray to the crowned lady shining light in the dark of night.
Good men die by the thousands in fight or flight, Even if cities burn, a nation remains free, Standing proud and strong in the never-ending fight.
And the free world now joins hands in the fight, With words, sanctions, and a desperate plea — we Pray to the crowned lady shining light in the dark of night, Standing proud and strong in the never-ending fight.
