Practice Free-Writing To Build A Writing Habit
Don’t think. Just write.

Do you want to write more but don’t know how to do it?
Practice free-writing.
Write at least 500 words every morning before starting your day.
You can set a different word limit, but I think 500 works for everyone.
In free-writing, you can write whatever you want. You don’t have to plan ideas and outlines like in a long-form article.
In addition, don’t worry about typos and grammatical errors.
Just write.
Write about your feelings, thoughts, experiences, goals, ideas, and so forth. But try not to make it sound like a journal entry.
Do it consistently every day.
- Free-writing builds your writing muscle.
- It helps you develop a writing habit.
- You will be able to think of new writing ideas.
- You will know your preferences as a writer.
