Why dancing elephants should consider me for the Dep Book Project
Reflection of a day in my life
I wake up early morning and the sun shines on me. I throw my hands up in joy and inhale the fresh air.
My day has begun. I start with the positive vibes of yoga and do Surya Namaskar or a prayer to the sun god. All the poses are a salutation to the sun and make you feel humble. This is one of the qualities of yoga. It provides fitness and spirituality.
I love my mantras which give me affirmations of happiness and positivity.
I see the beauty in nature. The flowers around me, the trees in their position, I feel I am dancing around them with happiness.
A cool breeze is blowing and through the trees, the leaves rustle. I feel a sense of quietness. There are happy sounds around me of birds twittering and the insects making sounds in their language. I play with the butterflies and the squirrels.
Positive vibes spread happiness and love amongst people. My motto is to live, love and laugh. Each day is special. To my mind, positive vibes, health, and spirituality make a good life.
It is my love to learn, from people younger and older than me. There is always so much to learn. I also want to share and help others to grow in life. It is not possible to do things alone. Let us share our journey and help and lift others and work together.
Life is beautiful with positive vibes, health, and spirituality.
What did I learn from these reflections?
#1.Positive vibes: To have a good life positive vibes are a must. Positivity pushes you on to find happiness in life. There is joy, a will to do something, and to move away from negativity. Positive vibes shared with others make you even more positive. This helps in your relationships with people in your life and also increases your productivity. It motivates you and helps to motivate people in your life.
#2 Health: The health of a person is nothing but the wellness of the mind and body. Yoga takes you to the level of the union of the mind and body. Breathing makes you mindful of your activity and your behavior towards mankind. A little meditation brings pure thoughts and makes you grateful for every day in your life.
#3Spirituality: Wellness of mind and body brings good health. The love of yoga keeps my spirit up. My simple spirituality to love people in my life uplifts me. For me, spirituality is not a religion but a belief to try and be good spread love, and uplift each other. There is enough space for everyone and there is no need to push others or show them down. Everyone has space, ability, and uniqueness to do what they like and want to do in life.
Spirituality brings wellness to life through the mind and body through yoga, gratitude, and mindfulness.
Why I should be selected for the book project?
While reflecting on my thoughts about life and learning and thinking about life in general I remembered that recently, I read a post that resonated with my interest in writing. It was about an exciting new book project that the Dancing Elephant Press pub has in the works. Once I read about it, I knew that this is something I would love to be a part of as reflecting my life revolves around it and these are my feelings of a good life.
Many of my stories revolve around positivity, health, and wellness, mindfulness, and motivation, and these are the topics of the book project which is why I am keen to work on a book project by Lady Dr. Gabriella Korosi, Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles and Sharing Randomly
Conclusion
Life is about love, happiness, joy, gratitude, and a bond to work together and love each other.
It is a promise of hope for a new day. Like the sun rises in the morning bringing hope to all. It sets at night with gratefulness and thanks for the wonderful day.
There is merit that positivity, good vibes and spirituality make a good life.
