A Haiku

Blue Skies over the Åland Islands, Finland (photo: author)

Take solace in blue Skies up above, cloudless, bright. Enveloping all.

It has been so easy to focus on the clouds recently. The grey, the heavy, the unknown. I like to remind myself of the blue — clear, positive, always there, under the clouds. Solid, yet changeable. Sometimes, a sunset will colour the skies red-pink and orange! A sunrise will start with a pink blush as the warm golden globe of the sun lights the world. Clouds are temporary.
