Poetry With A Fervent Touch

Day 2 poetry prompt

My poetry stems from the depths of my core yearning to rouse each one’s slumbering soul

My poetry hungers to whisper warm musings cascading as lifeblood for a drizzly creature

Wherever I will be my poetry longs to paint splashy unfeigned verses to let you sense the fervent me

Poetry is the distinct, unique voice of every poet like you and me. It doesn’t matter what it is all about, as long as you can pour out what you truly want to convey to your readers.

The length also doesn’t matter much but the impact it brings that will forever be ingrained within the heart and soul of your critics. Agree or disagree?

This poetic piece is a responder to my friend Sahil Patel’s 2nd day prompt, “the thing that makes your poetry unique”. I do hope I have given justice to it. You can refer to the link undermentioned:

I hereby tag my poet friends to hop in. Come and ride with us — dear Bhav Bhavna Narula, Geetika Sethi, Ntathu Allen, my dear Clairy Claire Kelly, dear Noorain Hassan, BMS, dear Doc pretty Dr. Preeti Singh, Doc Fam Dr. Fatima Imam, Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她), Stuart Englander, and Jupiter Grant.

Thanks a million for reading. Be safe and well ever.
