The joy of life comes through her voice and writing and everything she does.

It is my honor to present a wonderful author, writer, and poet Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster. Carmen is a wonder woman with many different talents. Carmen is a wonderful mother, wife, real estate broker, published author, marathoner, and podcaster. She writes amazing stories and poetry. Carmen was a participant in our previous book Holistic Journey Toward Wellness, published in 2022. She has been an amazing advocate for the book and spreading the word about the book. I am very grateful for her support.

Carmen started a mother-and-daughter podcast called “Seeds of Sunshine” last year. I was recently interviewed on her podcast and it was an amazing experience. Carmen is cheerful and kind and very easy to have a conversation with. She is a person who lights up a room.

Carmen is currently participating in our book and poetry project for this year and she already started promoting the book by recording herself doing poetry. A part of her most recent poem

Immortality of the soul

“Silence spread across the trail like a perfectly rolled out picnic blanket — our footsteps murmured on the soft dirt, our breaths heavy with sighs, our hearts louder than the squirrels squirming through the leaves, and the woodpeckers pecking in the most upbeat rhythm, after which my daughter’s voice choked with the heaviness of being, resurfaced above our cadenced steps: “Oh, that’s so sweet, Mom!”

I recently had an interview with Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster. Please check out the video below to get to know Carmen better. I was delighted to find out how many wonderful things we have in common.

I hope you have enjoyed this amazing video with Carmen. Carmen is also an accomplished runner. Carmen runs multiple times a week a five-mile run is a regular practice for her. Carmen recently participated in her 6th world marathon in Tokyo. Read more about her experience and how she got into the Guinness World Record in her biography.

Carmen writes beautiful stories. Her experiences jump off the page.

One of her recent stories includes flying in our dreams. This story was a response to a weekly prompt and Carmen took her response to the next level. “Wait a second! Did you fly in your dreams repeatedly?” I highly recommend this captivating read. There is so much we can learn from each other and from our dreams.

Another favorite story of mine is about her running and meditation. This story is part of our previous book and an amazing read.

“To me, meditation and mindfulness are intertwined and interconnected, for they balance each other out — enhancing our bodies and minds in one short, medium, or long session. Isolating them would be like separating identical twins at birth.”

I hope you have enjoyed getting to know Carmen Micsa, MA in English, podcaster. Please check her other work, her videos, her podcast, and her social media accounts.
