Poem: Healing With Time
Pain Heals With Time and Scars Remain With Time
Pain can heal with time. Scars can remain with time.
To heal, you must first recognize the source of the pain. To heal, you must never return to the same pain. To heal, you must never repeat the activity that caused the pain. To heal, you must never take the path that led to the pain.
To heal, you must know the parts of yourself that cause the pain. To heal, you must know the parts of yourself that tolerate the pain. To heal, you must know the parts of you that trigger the pain. To heal, you must know the parts of you that invite the pain.
Healing happens as you awaken. Healing happens as you take positive action. Scars will remain as memories. Scars are the memory medals that certify your transcendence.
If you ever have to return to the path of pain, remember that this time you’re going back stronger. Remember, that this time you’re wiser. Remember, that this time you’re smarter than what’s coming at you. Remember, that this time you’ll defeat your adversary smoothly.
Pain is hard, I know. But pain makes you tough. Pain rewards you with intelligence. Pain rewards you with courage. Pain rewards you with wisdom.
Pain can become temporary. With time, the pain fades. With healing, the pain subsides.
You just need to be alert when the pain comes. Listen to the message of the pain and work with the pain. Once you realize the purpose of pain, lessons are gained.
The pain goes and promises not to return. But remember that pain sometimes breaks promises when ignorance visits the mind and body again.
