Poem for a Mother
You no longer complain

Yesterday I remembered so much
From you my Mother
I passed in front of a house
With a large balcony and confortable chairs
Those ones good to rest and look at the street.
After such a painful life
I remembered how you still suffered
Because a house with a balcony
It was everything you wanted
I remembered you complaints
Your woes
And I remembered that now
You no longer complain.
But I also remembered your laughter
From your love to flowers
Of your dreams and your love for God
And desolate
Next to that house
I realized that the complaints
Are now mine and
You are in Heaven, you are fine.
