Playing It Safe, Isn’t A Safe Play
No-Risk, No Reward

This is what I came up with this morning. I’m always left in a state of shock at how God intervenes in my thought process and guides my thinking in the manner that He does.
The greater the risk, the greater the reward. If we’re not willing to risk everything, we should never expect to experience success at its highest level. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying go all-in on a whim, not at all. But when it comes to something we have given careful thought to and concluded that it’s worth it, not risking it all seems uncivilized.
A proper plan isn’t free of failure, but failure is all but guaranteed if we fail to plan properly. To set what was planned in motion means that we believe it’s going to come to pass, it doesn’t mean that our belief is accurate though.
The greatest thing we could ever do when it comes to considering taking a risk is to take our time. Not taking our time, is how it’s wasted.
Greatness consists of a tedious process, one that all can endure, but that all are not yet qualified to experience. It takes a certain level of discipline to contend with the trials and tribulations taking a worthwhile risk presents. Some failures seem impossible to recover from, and it’s said failures that will determine who’s ready, and who’s not.
There’s a favor in failure, I can’t stress this fact enough. The favor is that we now properly understand what won’t help us to complete our mission. Countless missions have been aborted due to the fact that those on them, truly believed that what failed, was meant to succeed. Favor in failure, the favor is experience. Let the experience be more like fuel to the flame, and less like water to the fire. Remember: how we think and believe, eventually it’ll come to pass. All that’s meant for us to have nothing or no one can stop us from getting but us, we’ll either be our greatest hero or our worse villain.
Thank you for reading my words.
May all we deserve and desire flow abundantly into our lives like a river into a sea.
