Plan Your Way to Making Money on Medium
A Departure from Normal
Most readers who have read any number of my stories know that although I love to research, quantify, experiment, and prove ideas. Then, sometimes something inside me takes over and makes me write the actual story by the seat of my pants. Free form. Commando-style. Stream of consciousness. Storytime.
Starting Over Daily
But still, that seems to cause me to have to start over every day. Sometimes if I have a recurring department or serial-type story, I may not have to constantly start over.
I did take the opportunity recently to search for concise ideas of why anyone would even read an article in Medium. I found three dozen or so. Since this is a shorter story I won’t list them until a later story. But the most important reason was a desire for consistently good information.
I also searched for the most popular topics and found three dozen of them, some surprising, and, again, I will list all of them at another time.
Using the Info.
I took six topics and kicked them to the curb. The remaining, I put on each day of my calendar. That gave me a story to research and write each evening, or a few days in advance. A lot of pressure was removed from the process, It further seemed to allow for better consistency and better content. I’ll story up more results for you soon.
