What if soul contracts are true?

A soul contract is an agreement you make before birth, detailing your choices, life events and experiences, in an effort to have spiritual growth. YourTango

When we are drowning, no one wants to watch the lifeboat divert course while the stars sing everything happens for a reason

But what if everything does?

What if before this blessed, benighted incarnation, we agreed to the betrayals, the heartbreak, the annihilations, the bewilderment?

What if we embraced the pain, realizing full well that “shit happening” is soul fertilization? Sacred if only, only if we surrender, trusting the meaning within meaninglessness will reveal itself in time

What if we willingly cast ourselves as the serpent — with the full support of Adam and Eve?

What if we realized a fuck-up fuels wisdom, banishment paves our soul’s road to enlightenment? That we are born actors with leading roles to play?

What if the footlights reveal there is nothing to forgive – only much to give thanks for?

Thank you, team at Know Thyself Heal Thyself — Diana C., Spyder, and Ravyne Hawke — for a prompt prompting further musing about a concept that has fascinated me for a while now. It makes sense of so much!

What was a major turning point in my life? Diana asked. Hearing Caroline Myss discuss “sacred contracts” during an online workshop.

My soul assures me Caroline and others are indeed on to Something. Plus, I had to smile when I googled “soul contract” for a succinct definition for this piece…and instantly I was led to a site called YourTango. Absolutely life is a sacred dance of synchronicities and Wonder even when all seems cast in shadow.

Thank you, dearest readers, for joining me in what Joseph Lieungh calls the Dance with Inspiration. Love.
