Most people love pictures.

let us try to understand why there is so much love for pictures and decide for ourselves.

Some people like to meet other people. Some others love nature. Other types of people like forests and animals. Some love to travel or go for picnics.

Most people love to take pictures of the locations where they visit or people whom they meet.

Whenever there is a festival or a function people want to take pictures to be remembered at the occasion.

At birthday parties, weddings, and festivities there are both hired and non hired people taking pictures.

Some people like to buy paintings and then put them on their walls like pictures.

Do you know why people want to take pictures?

Pictures create a story to be remembered.

Pictures create a memory.

Pictures create the magic of identity with love

Pictures create the magic of identity. Who am I? Where do I live? How do I introduce myself so that people love me is through a picture of identity? My identity needs a picture at birth otherwise people will not know me and love me.

When I grow up I need an identity card for school college, the country to which I belong and even a passport to go from one country to another requires a photo of mine.

I am loved by people only if I have my picture stuck on a card to show who I am otherwise there will be no magic, no love, and no mingling. Nobody will let me enter a club where I want to socialize and meet people or a gym where I go for exercise.

Everyone asks for my picture because they want to know who I am. From birth to grown-up to my death I need pictures for people to recognize and love me.

In social media, we need pictures to create the magic of love with other people. How will they know me without seeing my picture?

If I go to a dating site or am interested in an arranged meeting the person wanting to meet me will first ask for my picture.

No one is bothered about my personality. If someone is attracted by my picture it will determine my next meeting.

A picture creates a first impression! The magic of love.

Pictures have to be perfect and artistic and it will create the magic of love.

Pictures create the magic of love in our homes

When we enter the home of a friend or an acquaintance we observe the walls, the room, and the people. We judge the people with the way they keep their homes.

Pictures make a room look lively and beautiful. They speak to people. The bare walls look like a barren life and get enlivened as soon as pictures fill the walls.

Pictures say a thousand words and sometimes you do not feel like speaking after that.

People feel uplifted and are positive when they are together. The room looks comfortable and friendly.

Pictures create memories

A picture captures the beauty of childhood. If you ever want to think of your child or grandchild and look at the pictures, many memories come back. I remember my childhood with pictures around me. I am sure you do too.

The magic of pictures from childhood to adolescence, adulthood there are memories of the growing up years. The parents want to remember their child and when a person grows up he is curious to know how he looked like a kid and loves to ask for pictures.

When my eldest son had a little daughter he made a request to me one day. “Mum, please send me some pictures of me when I was born”.

I told him that when he was born there were no mobile phones and doctors forbade us to take pictures of the mother and child for fear of exposure. I had his pictures from the time he was a year old.

What about the magic of love through memories he asked me quite surprised at my statement because today people take pictures as soon as the baby is born in the hospital room itself. Pictures create the magic of love and closeness between people he told me.

The memory of a kid smiling, laughing, gurgling or chuckling is created through pictures.

The magic of love between friends is created when we go to a scenic place and we capture the picture there. The act of togetherness or love is what we see with pictures taken together.

We go to our friend's home and in their beautiful garden, the mood is captured through pictures.

The magic of the moment is locked in a picture.

You go on a vacation with your family and you want to remember it through pictures.

I remember that I had gone with my husband and his business friends to Kashmir and I remember that I was wearing a sari and it started snowing. I was ill-equipped for a snowy day. Till today people remember and want to see the picture of me in that attire playing in the snow. It has become a memory whenever we meet.

The learnings of life

• If you have pictures of people around you preserve them either in paper form or digitally as pictures are for life.
• Pictures create the magic of identity. They are the impressions you carry with you as a person to make people interact with you and love you.
• Pictures are always inspiring in the homes of people whether they are of birds, butterflies, animals, people, or locations.
• Pictures create memories. All moments precious in your lives are marked with pictures that show the even, the people who were there, and the place where it was held. It builds memories of life.
