Picture #24 from Mars
Perseverance sends a shocking picture
The Perseverance rover was moving slowly on Mars’ Jezero Crater when one of its wheels got stuck. After following the specific instructions given by the onboard computer, the rover successfully freed itself and then proceeded to take few pictures of the spot.
At NASA HQ, James poured a cup of coffee and started examining the fresh batch of seventy-three pictures from Mars. Thirty minutes later, when picture number 24 appeared, he jumped out spilling most of the coffee on the keyboard.
In the middle of the high-resolution image was a human skull poking out of the martian soil.
