Picking Up Lucky Pennies

It is powerful

One penny may seem to you a very insignificant thing, but it is the small seed from which fortunes spring. ~ Orison Swett Marden

A gleam of copper, Shines on the pavement, What it has to offer, Is so relevant.

Picking it up on a rainy day, All mangled and worn, It has so much to say, With it, hope is born.

Just as I put it in my pocket, Another appeared, More fortune on my docket, More joy and less fear.

Pennies from the universe, Please never doubt, It is a prayer and not a curse, As of now, you have some clout.

My eyes are always downcast, In joy and not in pain, Knowing my luck will turn fast, Finding pennies in the rain.

Yesterday in the parking lot of our favorite patisserie, I found two lucky pennies. I am always looking down, not because I feel sad, but I love looking for coins on the ground. This particular parking lot seems to bring me lots of luck. One time I found quarters there as well. On my 100-day journey exploring abundance, the times where I find random coins have been some of the most joyful. Those surprises we hold close to our hearts. I wish you this same joy today and every day.

My prayer and my intention for you today is that you look all around you for blessings, magic and joy. It may be right on the ground in front of you!
