Welcome to Part 4 of my photos taken from my attic in the past year. Being in the attic for my work and writing space is a blessing in more ways than one. I have done much introspection, inner shadow work, purging, gaining wisdoms and understanding of myself amongst the chaos in the times we are living in. As much as I enjoy the company of others, I have learnt to become my own best friend and love the solitude given from being at home.

I observe Mother Nature more; I feed the birds daily as I listen to them singing all day. I see squirrels, foxes, hedgehogs, cats, bees and butterflies paying visits. I take many breaks in my garden to ground myself to the earth, sun gaze, hug a tree and just sit and enjoy the plants, trees, flowers all around me. I listen to the wind and rain, enjoy the rays of sun gleaming in and the rainbow reflections created around me from the sun hitting the glass ornaments I have by my window. So you could say, my senses are heightened more and I know that there is much to learn and gain when we live in a state of awareness and consciousness. We become our surroundings too. I am more calm, balanced and in harmony with the flow of life than ever before.
