Phase 3: Building a Society

2026 to 2030

The objective of this phase is to implement all the lessons learned from the previous years and roll out the social contract to a new city-state, or even retrofit to an existing country.

Assuming a successful gamified simulation, people will be invited to escrow funds to secure lots in a future city-state. A very sophisticated business plan will be developed, demonstrating to prospective host/partner governments the huge financial advantages of allocating some vacant land, and recognizing the new society as a nation-state under international law.
