Summary

The author struggles with multitasking and perfectionism, which leads to stress and distraction, especially under time pressure, and questions the concept of "right" in their work.

Abstract

However, this pursuit of perfection, coupled with the pressure to work quickly and efficiently, induces significant stress. Perfectness

That is exactly what I am trying to do! But still, doing more than one thing at the time gives me a stresses feeling. Especially when people tell me to work fast in an amount of time that is not suitable for me. It gives me a lot of stress! For myself: it must be perfect the first time. And because I will have this idealism, I also get distracted. The reason is that I know that this is an impossible task I give myself. I also want to do everything is right. But then I ask myself: “What is right?”. We can not give an answer to this question. Because this is what happens to me everything I do, will affect the concentration I have. I think too much or I do too much at the same time.

Jessica Frazier, thanks for the advice. Maybe this will help me.
