Peanut Butter Bites

A quick throw-together treat perfect for that little something sweet. They only take 5 minutes to put together, and no baking is required. Guilt-free and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2-3 Tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp flax meal
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter until well combined.
- Stir in flax, flour, chia, salt, and optional chocolate chips.
- Adjust maple syrup and flour as needed— not too sticky or dry.
- Use an ice cream scoop to make balls or roll them smooth.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to enjoy.
- Once set, store covered in freezer.
