An In-Depth Interview with Author and Channeler Sharon K. Richards
Continuing with this enlightening interview to discover what the future holds in store for the Ascended Master Teachers and their interactions with the human family, all with the assistance of humanity’s lightworkers

The Interview — Part Two
1. How has the channeling and everything involved expanded and progressed since the early days?
While both websites were active (Thoughts from a Master and We Seek to Serve), a group of us began inner-plane energy work with some of the Off-Earth Allies. We worked to clear low frequency, dense energy locations. That group slowly disbanded, each member going their own way. I am currently working with others and Off-Earth Allies to strengthen the Divine Feminine energies flowing through Earth.
On the channeling front, after three years, Jeshua joined the panel-discussion teachers and discontinued his personal site. His site is still up as a repository. Some teachings are dated. Others have value that still applies.
The panel of teachers invited Off-Earth Allies and more Earth teachers to join them until there were 26 panelists. But some spoke only once or twice. More channels joined me, and the channeling team ranged from four to six over time.
In 2018, the teachers changed to a shorter, newsletter format that is still active. Their original site remains as a reference site.
2. What do the Ascended Masters have planned for you and humanity for the future?
You told me this question came to you during meditation. I’m not surprised. The Master Teachers are excited about their plans.
With commitment and full intention, they are working to descend regularly into our dense dimension the way they did in Atlantis. This means they will arrive using their own names and be easily, consistently recognizable. Their purpose is to advise, guide and teach.
A prediction of their return is not new. In the first half of the 20th Century, Master Teacher Djwhal Khul predicted a return in 2025. Forty years ago, excitement swirled about the conditions in our world warranting an imminent return of the Ascended Master Teachers. More than one lightworker caught up in that excitement has since grown skeptical of all predictions.
One thing I have learned about the teachers is that they do not give up. Just as Jeshua did not give up on me, if their first, second or even fifth plan to reach an objective does not succeed, they re-plan and try again.
The Master Teachers speak through many, many different channels. Many lightworkers recount personal sightings and private encounters with teachers. No one can erase the impact of these experiences. Sometimes the experiences reinforce the fact that the teachers will appear in the dense physical and sometimes the experiences work the other way.
I have heard varieties of two positions on the teachers’ return. First, “If they can make all these appearances, why haven’t they come to be with us now? In public? Openly?” The second position is, “If they want to come, they will simply and easily appear. It’s easy for them.” A third position is that it is not yet 2025.
All I can relate is that they tell me they are coming as soon as possible.
They have explained that on their side of the veil, the effort required for the temporary appearances and the effort required for regularly scheduled appearances to advise, guide, and teach are radically different. They liken it to the difference between pitching a pup tent for an overnight campout and building a house designed to last for the next fifty years.
They are now working on that “fifty-year house” and want it built as soon as possible. I have been working with them on the transition between dimensions. What impresses me most is their current multi-phased action plan.
In the first phase, a team of five teachers arrives: Maitreya, Kuthumi, Morya, Djwhal Khul and St. Germain. Each of them has well-established followings. Once here, they will reach out to Earth’s diverse groups of lightworkers, hoping to recruit members for their action team.
Especially as the Age of Aquarius unfolds, it is important to leave behind the focus on differences in teachings and the measures of “market share” so to speak. Rather, it is inter-group synergism and common objectives for the good of the whole that need to be emphasized, beginning with lightworkers.
The First Five, as I call them, anticipate that the lightworkers of Earth will lead by example. They envision groups with differing focus and differing specialties beginning to understand each other’s messages, each other’s strengths and how their various work fits together for the good of the one human family of Earth.
There are few so completely aware of the energetic unity of Earth’s human family as the Master Teachers. They exist in dimensions where the reality of one, single, human oversoul for the entire planet is known and understood. There are many such oversouls in this universe. Each planet with human populations has its own unifying oversoul.
The teachers have explained that this unity is so strong and so persistent that when those from off Earth come to stay for any length of time, they take out dual citizenship, as it were, and place their future with the future of the human family of Earth.
The teachers are exceptionally strong on this point: what injures one member of the incarnate family, injures the whole. What expands the harmony and awareness of one member of the incarnate family, expands the harmony and awareness of the whole. They also make it clear that the family will not, as some believe, be split with those who are advanced moving forward to another dimension, leaving the rest behind.
You asked about my role. That will be to anchor the First Five and provide support for the teachers once they arrive. I am told I will be working primarily with Maitreya. That will involve everything from explaining who the teachers are to being available for questions in general, channeling messages and explaining the process of anchoring. The image the teachers use to explain the need for anchoring is that of a beach ball held in place at the bottom of a lake. They are the beach ball. We are the anchors enabling lengthy stays in a dimension that is not their normal home.
There are currently 20 Master Teachers committed to membership in the teaching team. More anchors will be needed, and the teachers anticipate that I will assist in their training.
On all these points, I convey to you what has been conveyed to me. I have felt the love that the teachers have for us and I have felt their frustration at the pain we inflict on one another.
The future of the human family on Earth is the joy of learning what can happen when we truly live with respect for the differences between us. It matters not that we each see one facet of Source and share what we see. The important issue is to realize that others see and share a different facet.
I have devised a challenging mind game for myself. When a channel I trust receives a message that is inconsistent with the message I receive, I stop and pose an inner challenge. “Assume both messages are accurate. How do they fit together?” The results of those musings often surprise me, leading to awareness of new possibilities, new and different questions as we take the next step forward.
Let us hope that there are many steps forward for each of us, but more urgently for all of us working together for the good of the whole.
