Parmesan and Herb Dinner Rolls

No bread for dinner? Here’s an easy cheese and herb puff pastry recipe. Make a dozen of these delicious and super quick dinner rolls in just 30 minutes! This is an impressive addition to your breadbasket for any meal or occasion with a few basic ingredients from your pantry and a muffin tray.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Baking Time: 25 minutes (425°F for 10 minutes and 350°F for 15 minutes)
Yields: 1 dozen dinner rolls
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup of milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt
Italian seasoning
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- In a medium-size bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and olive oil.
- Sift flour and continue whisking until blended and smooth.

3. Preheat the oven at 425°F.
4. Grease each cup of the muffin tin with olive oil and a brush to avoid sticking.
5. Using a small ladle, pour the batter in 12 equal parts of the muffin tin.

6. Sprinkle half a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese in each cup of the tin followed by a sprinkle of Italian herb seasoning.


7. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 10 minutes and then 350°F for 15 minutes.

8. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tray and serve.
