Paleo healthy snacks that you should know
The snacks that were approved by our homossapiens

Today I bring you a post on Paleo feeding! I myself am trying to eat more healthily and so I want to share with you some fantastic recipes that I’m sure you’ll love. Have you ever thought about the things you eat in your day-to-day life that our ancestors couldn’t eat?
Pasteurized foods (such as cheese), fermented foods (such as alcoholic beverages), floured foods (bread), all processed food and sugars. It is precisely these foods that the paleo diet excludes and, although it may seem difficult, it is much easier than it seems. I leave you here some ideas of healthy snacks (and paleo) to try.
Sweet Potato Muffins
Did you think the paleo diet completely forbade cakes? No. In this recipe, the trick is to replace flour with mashed sweet potatoes, carrots, and ground almonds. Ideal for a sweet snack!
Dried fruit schists
Our ancestors already ate dried fruit, so they went into the paleo diet. There is no recipe to follow: use your favorite nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds) and seeds, add with egg whites and almond butter (found in bio grocery stores) and take to the oven for 18 minutes.
Guacamole
It may not be the best snack to take to work or university, but it’s a snack that cooks in 5 minutes. Just undo the avocado, onion, a ripe tomato and piri-piri. Accompany with sweet potato chips made in the oven or with carrot sticks.
Brownies
Even better (because they are healthier!) than the real brownies. Simply grind 1/2 cup of walnuts and/or almonds, mix with date paste (or 9 dried dates, pitted, undone) and 2 c. cocoa soup (I adapted this recipe, but without salt and coffee to respect the paleo diet). When the dough is uniform, simply extend and cut into rectangles.
As you can see, it takes a little imagination to make a paleo diet healthy and delicious.
