Our organisational improvement Scrum teams

Our organisation is constantly changing — we manage this with Scrum

Introduction

Our organisation functions in a complex environment. We have to adapt constantly to remain market leaders. Sometimes we have pivotal events that come across as drastic changes (like forming a new organisation structure), but in reality the changes occur organically with pivotal moments that define the current direction.

Our organisation is constantly trying to improve and therefore is constantly changing.

Examples of our improvement areas are:

  • Getting business, developers and operations closer together;
  • Improve the processes to handle incidents and changes;
  • CI/CD initiatives;
  • DevOps initiatives.

Part 1 — Forming the Scrum team

Part 2 — Our first inspect and adapt moments

Part 3 — Small changes can have major impact

Part 4 — Successes and set-backs

Part 5 — The flow
