Imagination Can be friend or enemy We choose which to use

While reading some of my older stories today, and then reading new work on Medium by some of my favorite writers, I was amazed again by how powerful our individual imaginations are.

We should be flattered that the Universe (in whatever form and by whatever name you recognize the source of Unlimited Power) trusts us that we will use our minds’ powers wisely. Which we don’t always do.

Someone once warned me that as long as we leave bad ideas and unquestioned temptations in the imagination, no harm is done. Hmm. Don’t ask me who warned me and why. Just use your imagination (wink, wink, nod, nod).

I’m now heading to use my imagination on another trip to wherever it wants me to go (probably somewhere safe). Let me grab a pen and I’ll be ready!
