Oracle for Winter Solstice
Some may call this time winter solstice and others may call it the beginning of Yule.
Either way it is a wonderful time to reflect on gratitudes, feel death to make way for rebirth, partake in large feasts, and welcome the darkest day of the year — remembering that light is coming.

I’m using a new deck, The Literary Witches Oracle, I got while on vacation in Detroit from a cute little book and yarn shop, Yarn Nerds Yarn Shop.

I usually use tarot cards, but I’ve had some fun trying out different oracle cards lately.
First card-what you will leave behind.
Second card-what the coming light will bring you.
Choose a first card, then a second before going further. While choosing go with your first instinct. Warning, do not scroll past the next photo until you have chosen your two cards.
