To add more value and as a USP of my blog, at the end of this blog post, I have designed and attached a cheat sheet of the prompts discussed here for you to download and share. Also, I’ll share this month’s bonus tip or best productivity tool that is cheap, effective, and a game changer, which I personally use and prefer. So do check them out and use them. Here is the Bonus tip for you all:
Bonus Tip: One great tool I recently started using for writing and tasks such as plagiarism checker, paraphraser, summariser and translator is QuillBot .
I wanted to try something which is similar and cheaper than Grammarly.
I took up its yearly premium for around 2$/month(50% off) during the Black Friday-Cyber Monday sale using coupon code — (BFSALE50). The price was litreally dirt cheap compared to other writing tools I have used in the past.
And the best part is it’s way cheaper than Grammarly so I just wanted to test and play around with it and it’s amazing. Personally, it’s UI and UX is very simple and easy to use. So just wanted to share this writing tool with you all. Do check it out and explore it’s usage it in your day to day writing tasks.

2) Role-based prompts:
Asking ChatGPT to play a role can sometimes make it way better and more innovative. If I am looking to buy a house, I can ask ChatGPT to act as a real estate agent:

To give ChatGPT a role, start your prompt with << Act as a…>> and provide detailed information.
3) Task-specific prompts:
Task-specific prompts consist of a prompt, a text, and an order. Here is an example:

The above example shows the usefulness of a task-specific prompt in extracting the primary information from a given text. Extracting information from an article, book, or PDF is advantageous using such a technique.
4) Add style to your prompts:
Adding a style to our prompt can give it a specific tone, formality, and status of the writer. Here is an example:

Add adjectives and necessary verbs to make the prompt even better.
