Yes, if you create a GPT and sell it for just $1 to 1% of the ChatGPT user base, you could make a million dollars within a month.

I got this email from the OpenAI team on January 4th, 2024, stating that they are launching the GPT Store next week.

Just to give you an idea: with this feature, any ChatGPT-4 user can create their own GPT, and you can share your GPT in the GPT Store. If your GPT is valuable to just 0.5% of ChatGPT users, you could end up making a lot.

For sure, I am quite excited about that.

The best part is that ChatGPT has over 100 million daily active users, according to a video uploaded by Fireship. The creator even suggests that it is a once-in-a-lifetime shovelware opportunity.

Focusing on the user base, it is literally enormous.

So, if you create a GPT and sell it for just $1 to 1% of the ChatGPT user base, you could make a million dollars within a month.
