Oooooooh, She’s a Little Runaway…

Escaping from the mess doesn’t mean I sweep problems under the rug.

A speed run, an ice cold bath, getting lost in nature, enjoying silence, making someone smile, deep conversations and meditating are some well-proven ways that shake me up and declutter the chaos in my head.

And when life becomes overwhelmingly heavy, I just break out of my ordinary environment for a day or two to switch off. It does not mean that I run away from difficulties or simply sweep them under the rug. In fact, having some space and time, giving the right amount of attention to myself helps me truly and deeply deal with hardships.
