One Theory of Gravitational Pull
A Novice Poet’s Response to Dawn :), June Kirri & Teresa Morillas’ Challenge

Sensing a gravitational pull.
It’s strong, like a bull.
Its familiarity is inexplicable.
Is this admissible? What about permissible?
Pulling vigilantly towards intimacy, with a high degree of intricacy,
This condition alters my heart’s orbit,
With pleasure I absorb it.
No interferometric observations are required,
As the engineer’s angular separations retreat and retire,
As the romantic high seas turn serene,
The death of distance can be seen,
With an artful loving heart transiting the physiological organ,
When does this pleasure end
When apple and terra firma collide?
Or,
Does the heart’s revised orbit abide,
Taking it all in stride?
The latter, I hope,
As I commence walking this splendiferous tightrope.
This is unnerving attempt at poetry is in answer to a challenge issued by Dawn :), June Kirri, and Teresa Morillas.
