I never thought one soul could change my entire life — a young janitor, a stranger, assigned for a job that makes 6-figure income.
I am an immigrant in Australia. When I came here, I had only 2500AUD$ in my pocket. Thanks to my Aussie cousins, they afforded me foods and nice room to live. I am fucking idiot because I bet my life to win great Aussie dream.
I started to search for jobs, thanks to dream job search engines I applied thousands of jobs, and no one called me. one month wasted. One of my friends said to me “your resume is not good, you have to write a professional resume with the help of a professional resume writer”.
Successfully I wasted another one month and 250$. I went cafes, KFC’s, hungry jacks and a bunch of restaurants.
I asked for help. I am uncomfortable to say some people rejected me because of my skin colour. I am not an idiot. A matured young lad can smell it.
Please give me a fucking job. I beg them.no one give me a job.
Don’t get me wrong, do you think I have no skills to serve chips? I am not asking for an engineering job. A CIMA qualified engineer was begging cafe jobs!
Finally, I searched for some freelance jobs. Accidentally I found a site that offers various kind of odd jobs. I started to work as an Airtasker. I cleaned houses and age care centres as my day job.
I have no regrets. I worked as a cleaner, and I treat it like an engineering job. Sometimes I did plumbings/handyman works without asking payments. Some times I worked for foods. I never forget, One of my clients send me a Food basket on the last Christmas day.
One day a client from Airtasker offered me a job. An excellent cleaning job! I took one second, and I agreed to work as a janitor.
My main job is cleaning Airbnb apartments. I know, there are no dream jobs in this world. but I treated it like my dream job.

I studied engineering. Two years worked as a construction worker. after in here, Australia, I worked as a janitor. Now I am a property manager/property owner. Isn’t it interesting?
Most people think they need a university degree to become an expert in something. But in reality, we cant become an expert in anything. What we can do is better at something. As a janitor, sometimes I don’t know laws and procedures in age care centres. But I did. I learned!
Beautiful souls like to see others succeed, and they build healthy interactions with others. Their energy is radiant. You have to avoid people who want to see others fail and act from a place of pain and suffering. they drain your energy.
When I work with my client, he always gives me advice. A property manager, A business owner, explained to a janitor how to handle property business.
A beautiful soul changed my entire life. I didn’t do anything to win his heart. I never talk about me until he asked. What I do is solve their problems. I giving away my skills for his company without asking for money.
I have always been of open heart, ready to receive and give love. I like to see others succeed. I write on medium because I want to share my stories and experiences with you. I try to build others up. That’s why I am telling you to be honest with your heart. It will backfire to you. Good or bad. It will backfire you.

I have been an honest janitor. When I found a phone or some worthy pieces of stuff, I returned to the office. I never touched anything not belong to me. I returned each and everything that I found from my apartments.
I respected people who didn’t respect me. I helped people who fucked me. I said no if I can’t. That’s my life. If you want to illuminate:
- Don’t be selfish.
- Give away your knowledge without asking money.
- Give your time to someone who needs it.
- Solve problems without asking for money.
To meet a beautiful soul, very first, you have to be a beautiful soul. When I come to Australia, I have no friends. Only my cousins. But I always asked for advice who understands me.
I have no difference between janitor and engineer. I never chase status game. If you ever read my profile, you never see the status. I have certificates, BSC (A fucking honour), MBA, CIMA Qualified. You can see a beautiful heart who like to reply to every email!
I rebuild my empire because of a beautiful heart. Without that soul, I can’t be here. What we have to do is adapt to the situation. I took the tough decision, and I improved my confidence with it. I worked honestly. I smiled! Dance like “Zorba the greek”.
I let go to my engineering career and worked as janitor without any complaints. Now I am a property manager /a property owner who earns a much higher income than an engineer. A janitor owned two massive properties. Find hearts, love people if you do correct way One soul can change your life.
