One Clap. Why Medium People?

What are you saying? I mean really.

Do we suck?

Just to clear this up…

You can clap 50 times for each article.

At first, I didn’t know, but a Medium member kindly told me.

It helps the author make a little more money

I say, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

So, hypothetically, you write a piece, it gets published, somebody reads it and gives you one friggin’ clap. If you are just finding out it’s a good thing. Now you know.

One clap takes just a second.50 takes 15 seconds. ( Yes, I did just time it.)Out of respect for your fellow author, just cough 49 more claps.

Who am I? The self-appointed Medium clap police. Yes, I am!
