Once upon a time…

Once upon a time

there was a little girl

living in the world

where words and magic

were alive.

She spent her days

in that little

magical place

known only to her

where all her wishes always

would come true.

Little did she know

that this world is known

only to the little kids

cause grown-ups lost their faith in it

a long time ago.

Even if she promised

to herself

that she will never forget

that little sanctuary,

that magical place

she broke herself a promise

the moment she became old enough

to stop believing in magic

and a miracle that happens

only if your soul doesn’t grow old.
