Life Bio.

I have severe mental health issues. I had a breakdown 18 months ago and tried to end it all. I have been unwell and unable to work. I couldn’t even use a laptop 12 months ago. I couldn’t even do basic stuff like copy and paste or save and make files & folders.

I have been on medication prescriptions for nearly 15 years and I’m immune to most things and but it’s affecting me physically by default. I have had to have 18 teeth out in the last 12 weeks of 2019.

So I had decided after my breakdown to reduce my medication and substance abuse.

I have been free from substance abuse for 12 months and I have reduced my medication by 75%. I decided to try alternative treatments. By researching on my laptop that I never used! I then decided to go on little courses online and on Microsoft to learn the basics.

I also started writing a blog on blogger.com. I had always been able to write and express myself when I was a young man. But I just couldn’t use the Modern Technology available.

I’m creating my website and hopefully, I can get funding to help me launch my startup. I blog about “The Real-life of Brian”. None of my content is fictional. It is 100% factual.

The Wide Open Space.

Ambitions.

I want to be able to travel around the country and Europe as a public speaker and campaigner for better support for Mental Health Issues.

To raise awareness for everyone and also use my life experiences to make people understand that you don’t have to suffer anymore.

I would love to collaborate with Schools and Colleges to do a presentation on the prevention of substance abuse which elevates all mental health issues. I’m eventually hoping to set a service user sharing system which is an alternative to medication and substance abuse.

I want to research what can be used to help “Mental Health Warriors” have a cleaner and healthier and positively tailored P.D.P for dealing with all levels of mental issues.

Which is none medication based because eventually, you suffer physically from all the toxic chemicals in the medication., E.g Ulcers/ Organ damage, Oral health damage/ Abscesses & Poor Skin conditions?

That could all be eradicated if we all embrace alternative treatments. So I’m going to embrace the technology training as part of my continued treatment plan.

I want to share this video with you.

It has inspirational great quality content.
