Office Job

Prompted by SCWBI’s 31 Days in May

A desk a door

A screen and more

A window a pleasure

A rewarded treasure

Water cooler banters

Meeting room decanters

As technology advances

Opportunity enhances

Office jobs no longer restricted

A flexible workplace is gifted

Isolation a globally forced test

A balance of both seemingly best

The answer is yet to be known

The lessons are there to be sown

I dream that balance will be seen

Helping our environment to be clean

One of many silver linings to unfold

A new way forward needing to be sold
