How the Odysseus Moon lander might pave the way for space stocks
Commercial space companies like Intuitive Machines, SpaceX, Blue Origin, Astra, and Virgin Galactic could be the next growth stocks for Millennials, Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and future generations to hold for their retirement.
This new industry of private space travel and other lucrative space ventures could be the next dot-com bubble, but instead of being fueled by internet startups, space startups could dominate the next few decades of the 21st century.
For example, on January 29th, Intuitive Machines was still preparing the Odysseus lander, and their stock was at $3.05 because of investors who saw potential in their spacecraft landing on the moon.
For a few dollars, investors could either make or lose a fortune if they bought a large number of shares. On February 20th, two days before the Odysseus lander’s mission had been successful, a myriad of investors must’ve heard about the scheduled landing from news articles and invested their money in LUNR (Intuitive Machines) stock because the new price was $10.99 per share.
