Ode To Toilet Paper
A national treasure — Poetry

The softness of your caress so tender The single, double ply quandary I still remember
Constant companion you were When too soon your sudden demise Caused panic in my heart to stir
Searching every nook and aisle To find no trace nor clue to follow What thief could be so vile
I long to feel your quilted touch How could life be so cruel This is just too much — too much
