Cry until you laugh again
The laughter stopped abruptly.
It was six years ago on this day.
The silence was broken with an audible gasp,
from the multitude of fandom.
He was a comet with a conscience,
The light burned hot too briefly.
So much life, so much humor, so much soul
Though the flame has been extinguished
Its entrail will last for centuries.
When the truth was learned,
It compelled a conversation.
Again with his love of people,
He gives to us still.
We miss you dearly, Robin Williams.
